Data Privacy

We attach particular importance to the protection of your personal data. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory rules (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). The aim of this data privacy information is to inform you of the key aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us
If you contact us via email through the website, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Web analysis
When visiting our website, a standard entry is made in the webserver logfile, which is required for technical reasons in order to maintain operation of the site. These logfiles are analyzed using an appropriate tool, without being placed in the public domain and using pseudonymized IP addresses which do not allow identification of the individual user in question. This enables the evaluation of website performance.

Cookies
Our website does not use cookies unless videos are actively played.

To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and the related consents, we use the consent tool "Real Cookie Banner." Details on how Real Cookie Banner works can be found at https://devowl.io/de/rcb/datenverarbeitung/.

The legal bases for processing personal data in this context are Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in managing the cookies and similar technologies used, as well as the associated consents.

The provision of personal data is neither legally required nor necessary for entering into a contract. You are not obligated to provide personal data. However, if you do not provide this data, we will be unable to manage your consents.

YouTube
Our website integrates YouTube videos that are stored on www.youtube.com, making them playable within the app. YouTube is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The videos are embedded in a way that ensures no data is transmitted to YouTube unless you actively play them. When you click on a video to play it, data is transferred to Google Inc.
For you as a user, it makes a difference whether you are signed into your Google account or not. If you are not signed into a Google account, Google Inc. stores data with unique identifiers linked to the browser, app, or device you are using. This allows Google Inc., for example, to maintain language settings across different browsing sessions. If you are signed into a Google account, Google Inc. also collects data stored in your Google account, which is considered personal data.

Your rights
You have a basic right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, a right to withdraw consent and a right of objection. If you believe processing of your data is in breach of data protection law or that your data privacy rights have otherwise been infringed, you may make a complaint to the supervisory authority which, in Austria, is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
